Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hospital services, eye care programs, and special campaigns.

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and other online platforms.

Coordinate offline marketing activities such as community events, health camps, workshops, and local outreach programs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, local doctors, and referral networks.

Monitor market trends, patient feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Manage marketing budget and ensure effective utilization of resources.

Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in healthcare marketing or hospital promotion preferred.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content marketing.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Creative thinker with problem-solving abilities and results-oriented approach.
