Conduct **in-person meetings** **with potential clients** to understand their needs and present our products or services effectively.
- Build and maintain **strong, long-lasting customer relationships**.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the sales manager.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in field sales or outside sales roles.
- **Strong negotiation and closing skills.**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
