We are hiring for Field Sales Representative
Job Location: Chennai (Vanagaram)

**Salary**: 20,000 to 30,000 ₹ Take Home (Excluding the petrol conveyance)
Experience: Freshers to 3yrs

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Field Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves engaging directly with clients in the field to promote our products/services, build relationships, and drive sales growth. Your ability to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions will be essential for success.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities through Generating Leads, Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, referrals and networking.**
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to showcase products/services to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges within the market.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques through ongoing training and development.

**Communication Skill**:
**Should have good communication skills for interacting with clients and customers**
- Fluency in English & Tamil is Mandatory Hindi (Optional). Extra known language is an added advantage.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, ideally in a field sales role within [industry or sector].
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
