We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented **Field Sales Representative** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and promoting our products or services directly in the field. You will be the face of the company, meeting potential clients, generating leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**: Actively seek out new business opportunities by prospecting, cold-calling, and building relationships with potential clients.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- **Product Promotion**: Present, promote, and sell company products/services to existing and prospective customers through in-person meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.
- **Market Intelligence**: Gather valuable market and competitor insights to identify new sales opportunities and tailor the sales approach.
- **Sales Reporting**: Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and report progress to the sales manager.
- **Lead Management**: Follow up on leads, address customer inquiries, and convert leads into sales.
- **Sales Negotiation & Closing**: Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to close deals while meeting company goals.
- **Customer Support**: Assist clients with post-sale support, address any issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Collaboration with Team**: Work closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve sales targets.
- **Event Participation**: Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote products and increase brand visibility.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of the industry and competitive landscape is a plus.
- Ability to handle objections and remain resilient in the face of challenges.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in field sales or a similar role.
