**Role Overview**:
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging new business opportunities, as well as maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will be the face of the company in the field, ensuring that our products and services are well-represented and customers’ needs are met efficiently. This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual with a proven track record in field sales and the ability to manage your own time effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Prospecting & Lead Generation**: Identify and target new potential customers, conduct cold calls, and schedule face-to-face meetings with prospective clients.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Product Demonstration**: Present and demonstrate products and services to clients, clearly communicating their value propositions.
- **Negotiation & Closing Sales**: Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure contracts are signed. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs, providing feedback to the sales management team.
- **Reporting & Documentation**: Keep accurate records of all sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and outcomes. Regularly report sales progress to the sales manager.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Travel**: Frequent travel within the designated sales region to meet clients and explore new business opportunities. You must own and maintain a reliable vehicle.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience (2+ years) in field sales.
- **Vehicle**: Own vehicle required to travel within the assigned region.
- **Sales Skills**: Strong sales skills, including lead generation, cold calling, negotiation, and closing.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- **Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.
- **Adaptable**: Ability to adapt to changing customer needs, market conditions, and company objectives.
- **Goal-Oriented**: Strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- **Valid Driver’s License**: Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in Tool Manufacturing field sales.
- Knowledge ofTool Manufacturers.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
