Role & Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) module on the ServiceNow platform.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the IRM framework.
Develop and maintain a technical roadmap for the IRM module, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
Provide leadership and guidance to a team of developers and administrators working on the ServiceNow IRM module.
Ensure compliance with security and governance standards in the implementation of risk management solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the IRM module, collaborating with support teams as needed.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in risk management and incorporate relevant technologies into the IRM module.
