ServiceNow Administrator Position

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow administrator to join our team.

  • As a ServiceNow administrator, you will be responsible for configuring, managing, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform to ensure its functionality and performance.
  • You will investigate and diagnose problems, find root causes and identify solutions, and provide support to end-users by resolving issues and working tickets as needed.
  • You will assist with platform upgrades and apply patches to keep the system up to date when required.
  • You will partner with ServiceNow team members to develop workflows, perform testing, and assist in solution development.
  • You will monitor and maintain core data on the platform, including users, groups, locations, and other critical resources.
  • You will help monitor the overall platform health and performance, identifying potential issues and proactively addressing them.
  • You will test service request workflows, automations, configurations, and other development work completed by the team.
  • You will draft and update system design documentation and knowledge articles as required.
  • You will create and complete test scripts for testing and validating configurations, automations, catalog items, and other updates to parts of the platform.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 8-11 years of ServiceNow administration experience.
  • Experience with ITSM, Knowledge, Role Management, ACLs, user management, and group management in ServiceNow.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Glide Script, REST, XML, and other relevant technologies.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Reporting, dashboards, and report creation.
