Job Description

As a ServiceNow Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our platform. This includes configuring, managing, and maintaining the system to guarantee its functionality and performance.

You will investigate and diagnose problems, find root causes, and identify solutions to resolve issues and work tickets as needed.

Additionally, you will assist with platform upgrades and apply patches to ensure the system is up-to-date when required.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and manage ServiceNow platform
  • Investigate and diagnose problems
  • Assist with platform upgrades and patch management
  • Participate in solution development and testing
  • Maintain core data on the platform
  • Monitor platform health and performance
  • Perform system testing and validation
  • Create reports and dashboards
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 8-11 years of ServiceNow administration experience
  • Experience with ITSM, Knowledge, Role Management, ACLs, user management, and group management
  • Experience with JavaScript, Glide Script, REST, XML, and other relevant technologies
  • Experience with ServiceNow Reporting, dashboards, and report creation
