**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Responsible for working with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for ServiceNow projects. This includes understanding the business processes, identifying pain points, and translating them into functional requirements.
- Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform.
- Responsible for assisting with testing and validating the solutions that were designed and configured.
- Assist in troubleshooting patch / release management issue.
- Maintain Service Level Agreement (SLA) and monitor SLA workflows.
- Create and use update sets to move configurations between systems.
- Responsible for staying up to date with the latest ITIL/Agile best practices and trends.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Typically, can demonstrate 2 - 3 years of IT work experience, with at least 1 - 2 years of experience working with Agile methodologies, and 1 - 2 years of ServiceNow Administration.
- Recent experience working in an Agile development environment as a Administrator (i.e., Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- An understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including recent successful and demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum) is expected.
- Experience with the ServiceNow Platform.
- Experience in the ITSM processes such as Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request Management. Experience in configuring and managing these processes within ServiceNow.
- Curious and self-motivated, willing to explore new technologies.
- Experience in Java, JavaScript, Web Services, AJAX, and XML.
