We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Platform Administrator to join our team in bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

ServiceNow Platform Administrator

**Job Summary**:
The ServiceNow Platform Administrator is responsible for the configuration, administration, and support of the ServiceNow platform. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the platform meets business needs, maintaining system integrity, and implementing best practices for ServiceNow administration.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Platform Administration**:

- Manage the ServiceNow platform, including user access, security settings, and system configurations.
- Perform regular system audits and health checks to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- ** Configuration and Customization**:

- Develop and implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
- Configure notifications, reports, and dashboards to meet business requirements.
- ** User Support and Training**:

- Provide technical support to ServiceNow users, resolving issues and answering queries.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation to help users understand platform functionalities.
- ** Integration and Automation**:

- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs and integration tools.
- Automate routine tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
- ** Change Management**:

- Manage platform upgrades and patches, ensuring mínimal disruption to users.
- Implement change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and updates.
- ** Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with IT teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Communicate effectively with users and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- ** Experience**:

- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or in a similar role.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.
- ** Skills**:

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- ** Certifications**:

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
- Additional ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
