Should have knowledge of SLAs OLAs and KPIs 8. Well versed Corporate ethics and compliance 9. Team player who also works well independently as well & is self-motivated to solve problems 10. Day-to-day 3rd line support and implementation of the ServiceNow platform, core product suites

Pay: ₹340,647.18 - ₹1,384,371.72 per year
