**Job Summary**

We are looking for a Client Service Executive to well manage our digital marketing clients and coordinate with the internal team to develop, implement, track, optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels to meet the client's business objectives.

**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact and bridge to coordinate with the clients and the internal team.
- Communicate with the clients to understand client goals/objectives and their entire digital marketing needs.
- Conceptualize and execute digital media campaigns aligned with the business goals of the client.
- Coordinate the creation of digital content.
- Plan, analyze, recommend and implement the multi-channel marketing strategies to meet the marketing objectives of the client.
- Coordinate with internal teams and raise the requirements for projects to drive campaign strategy & development.
- Conduct research on industry and competitor trends to analyze and understand the market competition for benchmarking.
- Budget allocation as per planning, funds management, monitoring project cost & ensuring ROI
- Development of ad strategies for all client's campaigns and identify growth opportunities to drive revenue.
- Research and prepare client presentations, reports.
- Supporting internal teams as per the requirements of the digital campaign.

**Key Skills Required**
- Excellent at handling digital marketing clients.
- Great communication, presentation skills, and client servicing skills
- Commendable reading and writing skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proactive and a self-starter.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on experience.
- Experienced in managing digital marketing clients are preferred.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
