The Client Service Executive will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing relationships with our clients. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the advertising industry, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Understand clients' business objectives, marketing goals, and target audience.
- Proactively identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- **Project Management**:

- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, media, etc.) to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress and address any challenges or issues.
- **Client Presentations**:

- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, effectively communicating campaign strategies and results.
- Handle client feedback and questions with professionalism and confidence.
- **Business Development**:

- Contribute to new business development efforts by identifying potential clients and building relationships.
- Participate in pitches and proposals.
- **Industry Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Share insights and recommendations with clients to enhance their marketing efforts.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in client service or a similar role in the advertising industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using relevant software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools).
- A passion for advertising and a desire to deliver exceptional client service.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
