**Social Media Executive Job Brief**:
We are seeking an experienced **Social Media Executive** to lead and execute our company’s social media strategies, campaigns, and content creation. This role demands a creative individual who can craft witty, engaging posts and build strong connections with our audience, elevating our brand presence across all platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**: Oversee and manage our company’s social media accounts.
- **Content Strategy & Planning**: Research trends to develop a content strategy for engaging campaigns.
- **Content Creation & Publication**: Design and publish compelling posts that resonate with audiences and promote the brand.
- **Collaboration**: Work with the design team to ensure timely delivery of visual assets (images, videos, etc.).
- **Scheduling**: Use social media scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Publer to streamline posting.
- **Community Engagement**: Build relationships by engaging in meaningful conversations and responding to comments.
- **Influencer Marketing**: Connect with industry influencers to amplify brand promotions.
- **Monitoring & Analytics**: Track brand mentions, encourage user-generated content, and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
- **Trend Awareness**: Stay updated with platform updates, trends, and features to innovate campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1** years of experience** in a similar role.
- Expertise in leading platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Proven portfolio of impactful social media campaigns.
- Strong **copywriting skills** are a plus.
- Understanding of social media ad creation and management.
- Knowledge of **influencer marketing strategies**.
- Proficiency in tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or other scheduling platforms.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Marketing**, **Media**, or a related field.
- Excellent **written and verbal communication skills**.
- Time management and basic customer service skills.
