Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare a wide variety of bakery products including bread, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other baked goods.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Manage bakery inventory, ingredients, and supplies.
- Innovate and contribute to new product development based on trends and customer feedback.
- Supervise and train junior bakery staff.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Bakery Head Chef or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Immediate availability to join preferred.

**Salary**: Based on experience and skills

Work Location: On-site - Chennai, Tamil Nadu
