_EKTASI-TECHNOLOGY is a product based start-up and is on the mission to make technology adaptation easy for its users, technical or non-technical. We have an amazing core team of developers, engineers and creatives. This role will work with the creative function to support the business growth._

**If you are**:

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
- Able to develop budgets

**And you have**:

- Experience in digital marketing, with a focus on growth marketing, lead generation, and organic growth strategies and creating engaging content.
- Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to write compelling and effective copy for various marketing materials that generate leads.
- Experience with data analysis and using insights to optimize marketing campaigns
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts and websites.
- Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies.
- Motivation and passion about all things marketing, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

**Then you will**:

- Create engaging social media posts, that build awareness and motivate the end-users about our products.
- Analyze data from marketing campaigns to identify trends and insights, and use this information to optimize future campaigns.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts and website, ensuring they are up-to-date and engaging.
- Develop and implement strategies for organic growth, including search engine optimization (SEO) and content marketing.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with company’s business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, and proactively bring new ideas and strategies to the team.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
