**Job Title: Inside Sales Executive - Odoo ERP**

**Location: Noida**

**Salary: 2.5 - 3 LPA**

Job Overview: We are seeking a self-motivated Inside Sales Executive with a strong understanding of Odoo ERP to drive sales through a consultative approach. The role involves working closely with potential clients to identify their business needs and offer Odoo ERP **solutions**

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications: - 2 years of sales experience, preferably with ERP solutions (Odoo ERP experience is a plus) - Knowledge of Odoo ERP modules (Sales, Accounting, Inventory, CRM) - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Ability to understand and address client business needs - Self-driven with a proven track record of meeting sales targets - Familiarity with CRM software (Odoo CRM or similar) - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Performance bonus

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
