As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base for enterprise SaaS-based products. You will engage with potential customers through various channels, build relationships, and contribute to lead generation and conversion efforts. This role is ideal for a motivated and results-oriented individual who is eager to start a career in sales and technology.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Engagement**: Establish strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their business needs.
- **Product Presentation**: Explain and demonstrate the value proposition of Antrika’s SaaS-based products to potential customers.
- **Sales Funnel Management**: Manage leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and nurturing.
- **Market Research**: Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Antrika’s solutions.
- **Collaborate with Sales Teams**: Work closely with the senior sales team to strategize on how to close deals and meet targets.
- **Reporting**: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and progress using CRM tools.
**Qualifications**:
- **Educational Requirement**: PGDM/MBA in Marketing, BBA, BCom (or related fields will be preferred). Must be a 2024/23 pass-out.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- **Problem-Solving Mindset**: Ability to understand customer pain points and align product offerings accordingly.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Interest in SaaS and technology solutions.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- **Sales-Driven Attitude**: Strong motivation to meet and exceed targets
**Compensation**:
**6 Months Probation/Training Period: Rs 20,000/- Per Month.**
**Post successful completion of the probation/training period: Rs 6 LPA (4 LPA Fixed + 2 LPA Variable).**
**Other Details**:
**Working Days - Monday to Saturday (alternative Saturday's off). The fifth saturday of the month will be working**
**Working Hours - 10 AM to 7 PM**
