**Data Analysis and Accuracy**:

- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify discrepancies and gaps in financial records.Implement strategies to enhance accuracy and reliability of financial reporting.

**Gap Identification and Resolution**:

- Proactively identify gaps and weaknesses in financial processes and systems.Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address and rectify issues effectively.

**Conduct Internal Audits**:

- Plan and execute internal audits of company processes, operations, and controls.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas of improvement.
- Assess compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

**Audit Reporting**:

- Prepare detailed audit reports documenting findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
- Communicate audit results to management and provide guidance on remediation measures.

**Process Improvement**:

- Collaborate with management to implement recommendations for process improvements and enhancements.
- Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and ensure compliance.

**Audit Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and organized audit documentation, including work-papers and evidence of audit procedures performed.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share best practices and knowledge.
- Provide guidance and support to junior audit staff as needed.

**Special Projects**:

- Assist in special projects, investigations, or ad-hoc assignments as required by management.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong analytical skills with a focus on numbers and accounting principles.
- Experience in financial reporting, preferably in a regulated environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Knowledge of balance sheet and P&L terminology and concepts.Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
