Key Responsibilities

**Audit Planning and Preparation**:
Ø Assist in developing the annual audit plan for non-financial audits.

Ø Prepare for audits by reviewing relevant documentation and regulations.

**Audit Execution**:
Ø Conduct on-site and off-site audits of various departments and processes.

Ø Observe operations and processes to gather data and understand workflows.

Ø Interview staff and management to gather information and insights.

**Compliance Auditing**:
Ø Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Ø Review records, reports, and documents to ensure compliance with established standards.

**Operational Auditing**:
Ø Assess the efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes.

Ø Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for process improvement.

**Internal Controls**:
Ø Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls in non-financial areas.

Ø Recommend enhancements to controls to mitigate risks and improve operations.

**Reporting**:
Ø Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, conclusions, and recommendations.

Ø Present audit results to management and discuss potential improvements.

**Follow-Up**:
Ø Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations.

Ø Conduct follow-up audits to ensure corrective actions have been taken.

**Documentation**:
Ø Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of audit processes and findings.

Ø Ensure audit files are complete, organized, and easily accessible.

**Collaboration**:
Ø Work closely with various departments to understand their processes and identify audit opportunities.

Ø Provide advisory support on best practices and internal controls.

Ø Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Ø Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Ø Good written and verbal communication skills.

Ø Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Ø Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
