Internal Audit Professional

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving risk-based internal audits across operational, financial, and compliance domains. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance governance by documenting current controls, designing/implementing new ones, and establishing monitoring processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Execute Audit Plans: Create the annual risk-based audit plan; execute engagements from planning to reporting.
- Controls and Compliance: Design/test controls (SOX-like where relevant); issue clear, prioritized reports with actionable recommendations.
- Audit Team Leadership: Lead audit teams, mentor reviewers, and manage senior client stakeholders; travel as required.
To succeed in this position, you will need to possess:
- Risk assessment, control testing, report writing skills.
- Excellent client communication and negotiation abilities.
In addition, you should have:
- 9+ years of post-qualification CA experience.
- Hands-on internal audit experience, preferably in consulting/CA firms.
- Mid-tier consulting/CA firm experience with robust IA exposure.
