**Roles and Responsibilities - Sales Intern**
**1. Lead Generation & Outreach**
- Research and identify potential clients or customers.
- Maintain a record of all outreach efforts in the CRM or tracking sheet.
**2. Sales Support**
- Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Support in managing client accounts and maintaining client relationships.
- Help follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure timely responses.
**3. Market Research & Analysis**
- Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and customer preferences.
- Provide insights to help the sales team improve strategies and campaigns.
**4. Administrative Tasks**
- Maintain organized sales records, reports, and documentation.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, calls, and demos for the sales team.
**5. CRM & Data Management**
- Update and manage customer data in the CRM system.
- Track leads, follow-ups, and sales performance metrics.
**6. Collaboration & Learning**
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams for aligned efforts.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to understand products and sales techniques.
**7. Performance & Reporting**
- Prepare weekly or monthly reports on leads, conversions, and sales activities.
- Suggest improvements to enhance sales outreach and engagement.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
