As an International Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in international markets. Your primary focus will be on expanding our company's presence and market share across borders. This role requires a deep understanding of international markets, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement strategies to penetrate international markets and achieve sales targets.
2. Identify and research potential markets, customers, and competitors to create effective sales plans.
3. Build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and partners globally.
4. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and logistics to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
6. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners to maximize profitability.
7. Stay updated on international trade regulations and compliance requirements.
8. Provide insights and recommendations to management based on market research and sales data.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in international sales or business development.
3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in international markets.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
6. Deep understanding of international markets, including cultural differences and business practices.
7. Proficiency in languages relevant to target markets is a plus.
8. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
