**Role Overview**: As a Sr Sales & Operation Executive you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by promoting and selling our international and domestic travel packages. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and meetsales targets. Additionally, you will oversee and manage the operational aspects of travel packages to ensure seamless execution and customersatisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Expertise**:
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the international and domestic travel market.
- Promote and sell travel packages to individual and corporate clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of our travel packages and effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
- Close sales deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Understand clients' travel preferences and tailor packages to meet their needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking and travel process.
- Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
**Product Knowledge**:
- Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the travel packages offered.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information to clients regarding itineraries, pricing, and travel logistics.
**Communication Skills**:
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Articulate the features and benefits of our travel packages clearly and persuasively.
- Prepare and present sales proposals to clients.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar sales and operations role within the travel industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Familiarity with travel booking software and tools.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to provide outstanding service.
- Visa knowledge is a plus.
- Familiarity with Amadeus and Galileo booking systems would be advantageous.
