**About the Role**:
Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and preparing **Japanese/Thai dishes.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support kitchen operations and menu execution.
- Cook and plate dishes as per quality standards.
- Maintain hygiene and assist junior staff.
**Requirements**:
- 3-4 years of experience in Asian cuisine kitchens.
- Good leadership, hygiene knowledge & teamwork skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
