Ludhiana Punjab, India CRM Services Full time

Job profile:
Salary Cap : 6 Lacs - 7 lacs

Should have minimum 3 years experience in shipping industry, with job responsibilties as under:
1. Maintaining customers focus on all times and answering to customer’s enquiries using the company’s standard guidelines.

2. Handle client principal queries, answer general inquiries and complaints

3. Taking booking, rate filings, general cargo, Haz cargo and ODC to be handled.

4. Support services to Documentation, Operational & Sales.

5. Act as a liaison between clients and operations & other departments to ensure efficient service levels are delivered to the clients.

6. Follow up with shippers daily.

7. Identifying and escalating consistent or recurring problems with the system's functionality.

8. Assisting management and Team Manager with any assigned special projects and providing backup as a team for and on behalf.

9. Sending load list details to the Ops team and sending SOB's to all the shipper’s/ forwarder’s
