**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and target potential clients who require website and mobile app development services.
- **Client Engagement**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- **Sales**: Drive the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a high conversion rate.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for business growth.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates on sales activities, progress, and market feedback to the management team.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the development team to understand the technical aspects of our services and effectively communicate them to clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the IT or digital services sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of website development and mobile app development is a plus.
- Proficiency in local language and familiarity with the Kozhikode district market.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets.

**Remuneration**:

- This is a commission-based position with a starting commission of 10% on each sale. The commission percentage can increase based on performance and sales volume.

Pay: ₹9,484.41 - ₹29,458.62 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
