**Job Title**: Sales and Marketing Executive
**Location**: Back Office - Calicut, India (Main Office - Dubai, UAE)
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Salary**: ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 (based on experience and performance)

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Dubai main office in executing sales and marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Dubai office to manage and follow up on leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with teams in Dubai and Calicut to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to suggest improvements in strategies.
- Meet monthly targets and provide performance updates to the main office.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the printing or advertising industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with an international team.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies is an advantage.
