We are seeking a skilled and motivated Public Relations (PR) Specialist to join our team and help us build and maintain a positive image for our fashion designer firm. As the PR Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing PR strategies to enhance brand visibility, manage media relations, and promote our products and services to the public.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic PR plans to increase brand awareness, drive positive media coverage, and support overall marketing objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts, including editors, journalists, bloggers, and influencers, to secure media placements and coverage for our brand and products.
- Write and distribute press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials to targeted media outlets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand messaging and positioning.
- Proactively identify and pursue media opportunities, including product launches, fashion shows, collaborations, and industry events, to generate positive press coverage and editorial placements.
- Coordinate and manage press events, including media previews, press conferences, and fashion presentations, to showcase our collections and engage with key stakeholders.
- Monitor media coverage and track PR metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of PR campaigns, measure ROI, and identify areas for improvement.
- Respond to media inquiries and requests for information in a timely and professional manner, serving as the primary point of contact for media relations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to align PR efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, news, and events to identify PR opportunities, anticipate potential issues, and proactively manage brand reputation.
- Manage the PR budget and resources effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of funds and maximizing ROI on PR initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Proven experience as a PR Specialist or similar role in the fashion industry, with a strong track record of securing media coverage and building relationships with media contacts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories and pitches that resonate with target audiences and media outlets.
- Strong media relations skills, with a network of contacts in the fashion industry, including fashion editors, stylists, and influencers.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative PR strategies and campaigns that drive results.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive and results-driven approach to work.
- Knowledge of PR tools and platforms, including media databases, press release distribution services, and media monitoring tools.
- Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of the industry landscape, including key players, trends, and consumer behavior.
- A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
