We’re seeking a skilled Public Relations Specialist to elevate the public profile of our directors and company, building strong market visibility and credibility.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**1. Executive Branding -**
- Develop and execute strategies to increase the public face value of the company’s directors.
- Position directors as thought leaders in the industry through interviews, guest articles, podcasts, and speaking opportunities.
- Highlight their achievements, vision, and contributions to the company and industry.

**2.Social Media Management -**
- Manage the social media profiles of the directors, ensuring consistent and engaging content aligned with their personal and professional brand.
- Create and curate posts that showcase leadership insights, company milestones, and industry expertise.
- Monitor and grow their online following to enhance visibility.

**3. Content Creation and Storytelling -**

Draft impactful biographies, keynote speeches, opinion pieces, and social media updates for directors.
- Develop multimedia content, including photos, videos, and graphics, that reflects their professional persona.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with the company’s overall messaging.

4. **Media Relations -**
- Establish and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets.
- Secure media coverage for directors and the company in industry publications, news outlets, and digital platforms.
- Manage press releases and coordinate interviews to promote their public image. 5. Market Visibility Campaigns
- Plan and execute campaigns to amplify the directors’ presence in key industry events and forums.
- Identify opportunities for participation in panels, awards, and industry recognitions.
- Ensure consistent representation of the directors’ brand across all platforms.

6**. Monitoring and Reporting-**
- Track the performance of visibility efforts through metrics such as media coverage, social media growth, and engagement rates.
- Provide regular reports with actionable insights to optimize strategies.
- Monitor online sentiment and ensure proactive reputation management.

**Salary Range**: ₹40,000 to ₹60,000 per month

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in public relations, communications, or media relations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with media professionals and key stakeholders.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital PR strategies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
