**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop PR Strategies**: Work closely with the PR Manager to develop comprehensive PR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- **Media Relations**: Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers. Pitch stories, press releases, and other PR materials to secure media coverage.
- **Press Release Writing**: Draft compelling press releases, statements, and media pitches. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- **Event Management**: Plan and coordinate press conferences, product launches, and other PR events. Manage logistics, invitations, and media attendance.
- **Content Creation**: Create engaging content for press releases, articles, blog posts, social media, and other communication channels.
- **Crisis Management**: Assist in developing crisis communication plans and effectively manage PR crises when they arise. Respond to media inquiries and address issues in a timely and professional manner.
- **Monitoring and Analysis**: Monitor media coverage and PR metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of PR campaigns. Provide regular reports and insights to management.
- **Brand Ambassadorship**: Serve as a spokesperson for the company in media interviews, speaking engagements, and public appearances.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience working in PR, communications, or media relations, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and persuasive content.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with media contacts and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen understanding of brand positioning and messaging.
- Proficiency in PR tools and platforms, including media databases, monitoring software, and social media management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling.
