The Post Production Data Supervisor is a vital part of the BizBox Video production team. They are responsible for the management and oversight of work distribution across the team. Daily tasks include:

- Supporting the video team by copying and couriering data drives to editors
- Upkeep company hard drive health across the organization
- Adhere to and facilitate best practice management of data distribution
- Communicating with IT to maintain timely delivery schedules
- Support the management team in troubleshooting data issues for their teams

**Experience and Execution Essentials**:

- Computer and data management experience required
- Overall experience of 5 or more years. 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
- Proactive communicator
- Independent and organized
- Able to balance multiple priorities at once across multiple teams on tight deadlines
- Ability to coordinate deliveries on weekends as required
- Proficient in English both written and verbally.

**Bonus Requirements**
- Familiarity with content management software for data management
- Experience working with 30+ member teams
- Experience with cloud data management and third party cloud data management programs

**PERFORMANCE GOALS / KPIs**
- Same day response on all data requests from the team
- No more than 24-hour turnaround on emergency requests
- Upkeep of no more than 48-hour TAT on standard requests

**Experience and Execution Nice to Haves**
- Familiarity with video codecs and basic video media troubleshooting is a plus
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Encoder and Premiere specifically
- Experience as an assistant video editor in a professional environment
