**What we’re looking for**:
We are looking for a Supervisor of Photo Ingest who has a keen eye for detail and ability to troubleshoot and manage data in a streamline fashion. This position will work under the Manager of Ingest and is ideal for someone who can clearly and concisely identify needs and take action. This individual should be very comfortable with photo post-production workflows and verbal communication in English.

The Supervisor of Photo Ingest will be responsible for navigating all levels of the ingest process and helping support smooth operation by the team. All issues or delays are navigated with clear communication and turnaround expectations are met, with a drive towards exceeding current standards. In support of the Assistant Manager - Ingest Management, the Supervisor of Photo Ingest must align timelines and set the production team up for success by organizing and moving forward each submission in a timely manner.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supports the photo post-production turnaround time being met
- Communicate to internal stakeholders post production needs for ideal production times
- Identify solutions for delays or issues
- Reviews and works thru ingest workflows for the production team
- Sequence and prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met
- Recommend refinement of processes and procedures for the department
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching when needed
- Other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by manager
- Train individuals on standards and operating procedures
- Be a conduit for the growth and success of post-production skillset within the team

- Reporting
- 100% real-time updates in CRM for accurate reflection of team performance
- Daily Targets
- 24-hour response to talent management team on any ingest issue concerns
- 3-day clearance of Alternative Uploads, confirmation that needs are met and issues made if new needs are to be addressed
- Work with the management team to develop creative solutions
