Final Inspector

**Comprehensive vehicle inspection**:Performing a detailed check of all vehicle components including exterior body panels, interior features, engine compartment, undercarriage, brakes, lights, tires, electrical systems, and functionality of features like windows, doors, and locks.
- **Quality control checks**:Verifying compliance with established quality standards and manufacturer specifications, including dimensional measurements and tolerances.
- **Defect identification and reporting**:Documenting any identified defects, malfunctions, or cosmetic issues and reporting them to the appropriate personnel for repair or rework.
- **Test driving vehicles**:Performing test drives to evaluate overall performance, handling, and potential issues with acceleration, braking, and steering.
- **Documentation and record keeping**:Maintaining detailed inspection reports, including photos and descriptions of any defects found.
- **Communication with production team**:Collaborating with assembly line workers and supervisors to address quality concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- **Compliance with regulations**:Ensuring vehicles meet all relevant safety and emission standards.

Required skills and qualifications:

- **Mechanical knowledge**: Basic understanding of automotive systems, components, and how they function.

Work environment:

- Primarily located on the automotive assembly line in a manufacturing facility.
