You will be responsible for supervising a team of production workers, managing schedules, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. **Responsibilities**:
- Supervising a team of production workers to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Managing production schedules in order to meet customer demand and project deadlines
- Ensuring that all safety protocols are followed by production workers at all times
- Measuring and tracking productivity and quality metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Conducting regular performance evaluations for production workers
- Collaborating with other departments (e.g. design, logistics) to ensure smooth operations
- Maintaining accurate production records and reporting data to senior management
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. manufacturing, industrial engineering)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of production workers
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and production management software
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices
- Willingness to work occasional weekends and overtime as needed.
