We at **Medical Access **are looking for a coordinator who is smart, possessing excellent communication skills with good command of MS Excel & MS office.

& It will be 3 days Work from office and 2 days Work from home
**Entry levels with hands-on training can also apply**

**Job location**:Mohali
- Phase 8A, Sector 75.

**Work**:Onsite(Work from office)

- Fluency in English & excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Ability to work on tight deadlines.

**What will you be doing?**
- You will be responsible for scheduling and coordination.
- Organizing, attending, and participating in meetings.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from the meetings.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Payroll and benefits administration of the US entity
- Ensuring deadlines are met.
- Determining project changes.
- Undertaking project tasks as required.

**Who will you work with?**
- HR department - US & India

**Qualifications**

A bachelor's/PG degree or equivalent.
