KalonGens (KalonGens Private Limited) is hiring a Recruiter located in our Mohali, India Office.

As a Recruiter, you will:

- Bring in new business by cold calling or by using your network
- Confer with your clients to identify personnel needs, workforce planning strategies, and search assignments.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with KalonGens’s leaders, vendors, community organizations, and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results, and credibility.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified leaders.
- Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
- Organize, lead and document post-interview debrief/feedback and update account managers accordingly
- Manage presentation, selection, negotiation, offer to tender, closing the deal, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting.

Required Skill Set:

- Minimum 1 year of experience required in US recruiting
- Ability to manage offshore recruiting support
- Proven ability to source, screen, recruit and recommend strong talent
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong relationship-builder

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar - 160055, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
- US Recruitment: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
