We are not considering remote applications.🌟 What You Bring (Skills & Experience)US Staffing Experience: A minimum of 6 months of dedicated experience in US staffing or US call center.Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, essential for interacting with US candidates and stakeholders.Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable and willing to work in the night shift (7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST).Sourcing Expertise: Proven skills in headhunting, high-quality candidate sourcing, and effectively building rapport with candidates.Process Management: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Database Management.
