- Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process.
- Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment; a **Strong Performer**.
- Develop a recruitment plan that best fits Marseon.
- Working with Managers for requirement understanding and creating the Job Description.
- Post the advertisement on different recruitment platforms, like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, and other niche platforms.
- Scheduling Onsite and Video Conference Interviews.
- Use recruiting software to keep track of open roles.
- Run background checks on potential Hires.

**Requirements**:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in the recruitment of the IT industry.
- Experience in Cybersecurity Industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and creativity skills.
- Familiarity with recruiting tools and software.
- Knowledge of Recruiting techniques.
- Experience in hiring Indian resources for US companies.
- Good understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets.
