
Facility Admin Executive

Dear all,
We are hiring for Facility admin executive for our reputed client in 6o years old Jewellery & diamond manufacturing company.
**Exp-2 to 3 Years with minimum of 20,000+ sq. Feet of floor size.**
With Good knowledge of Advance Excel
**JD-**
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise
ways to streamline processes
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company
to facilitate other business operations
- Manage schedules and deadlines
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material
with attention to budgetary constraints
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g
electricians)
- Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event
planning etc.)
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
- Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
**Location
- Marol (Nearby station)**
**CTC- 3.50 LPA**
Working days
- Monday to Saturday (2 nd & 4 th Saturday off)
Working hours
- 9am to 6pm
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
