- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

Manage influencer briefing, scheduling, and content approvals.
- **Coordination with PR Agencies**:

- Work closely with PR agencies to align on media strategies, events, and brand communications. Facilitate communication between PR teams.
- **Purchase Order (PO) Coordination for Influencers**:

- Oversee the preparation, approval, and tracking of POs related to influencer partnerships & shoots. Ensure timely processing of payments and contract compliance.
- **Coordination with Influencers & HNIs for Outfits & Jewellery**:

- **-**:

- Arrange and manage outfit and jewelry selection and logistics for influencers and HNIs participating in photoshoots and events. Collaborate with styling teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
- **Marketing Strategy & Collaborations**:

- Support development and execution of marketing strategies involving influencers and brand collaborations. Identify new partnership opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- **Coordination of Different Types of Shoots**:

- Organize and manage logistics for various types of shoots (photoshoots, videos, campaigns). Coordinate schedules, locations, teams, and necessary resources.
- **Social Media Coordination**:

- Collaborate with social media teams to ensure influencer content aligns with brand messaging and posting schedules. Assist in monitoring social media performance and engagement metrics.
- **Exhibition Handling (During Event Periods)**:
**-**Coordinate influencer engagements and marketing activities at exhibitions. Support on-site management including setup, schedules, and influencer or HNI participation. Liaise with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of exhibition activities. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. Prior experience in influencer marketing, PR coordination, or social media management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Proficiency with social media platforms and influencer marketing tools. Team player with a proactive and collaborative approach.
- Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in influencer marketing, PR coordination, or social media management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency with social media platforms and influencer marketing tools.
- Team player with a proactive and collaborative approach.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
