**Marketing**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the organization’s services, products, or events.
- Collaborate with the design/content team to create brochures, posters, videos, and other promotional material.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Organize events, workshops, and promotional activities to increase visibility.
- Track and report campaign performance metrics (ROI, engagement, lead generation).

**Public Relations (PR)**:

- Draft press releases, media kits, and public statements.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media houses, influencers, and stakeholders.
- Handle PR crises and maintain a positive public image of the organization.
- Coordinate press conferences, interviews, and media coverage for events.
- Develop storytelling campaigns to highlight success stories, achievements, and initiatives.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, PR, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, PR, or communications (preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity with an eye for design and detail.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and PR techniques.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
