**We are hiring : Growth & Retention Marketing - CRM**

Job location: Work from home
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration (related field)

**Skills Required**:
1.) Strong understanding of CRM principles, including segmentation, personalization, automation & setting goals.
2.) Proficiency in HTML/CSS for mail template customisation and responsive design.
3.)Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
4.) Certifications in Clevertap or MoEngage platform are desirable but not required.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience as a CRM executive and similar role

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a talented CRM Assistant Manager with expertise in Clevertap or MoEngage (or any similar CRM tool) to join our team and drive our customer relationship management initiative to new heights. You should be eager to learn, a big fan of metrics, mad about A/B testing, and have laser focus on growth & retention.
