**1. Inventory Management**
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock.
- Conduct regular physical verification of inventory.
- Ensure stock levels are maintained as per requirements (no overstocking or stockouts).
- Tag and store materials systematically for easy retrieval.

**2. Goods Receipt and Inspection**
- Receive materials against Purchase Orders (PO).
- Check quality and quantity as per the PO.
- Report any discrepancies or damages immediately to the Purchase/Accounts department.

**3. Procurement Coordination**
- Coordinate with the procurement team for timely ordering of stock.
- Raise Material Requisition Notes (MRN) as per department requirements.
- Follow up with vendors for timely delivery and proper documentation.

**4. Documentation & Compliance**
- Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), Invoices, and other documents.
- Ensure all procurement and store processes comply with internal SOPs and audits.
- Assist in preparing reports for audits, stock verifications, and compliance checks.

**5. Vendor Management (in coordination with Procurement)**
- Maintain a list of approved vendors.
- Ensure vendors deliver within timelines and quality standards.
- Help in vendor evaluation and performance tracking.

**6. Billing & Invoicing Support**
- Verify vendor invoices against PO and received goods.
- Coordinate with the finance department for timely payments.
- Maintain a record of pending payments and disputes, if any.

**7. Coordination with Departments**
- Liaise with various departments to understand their material needs.
- Ensure urgent material requirements are fulfilled without delays.
- Provide usage/consumption reports to management when needed.

**8. Safety & Storage**
- Ensure proper storage of materials as per category (e.g., perishables, chemicals, medicines).
- Implement FIFO (First-In-First-Out) or FEFO (First-Expiry-First-Out) methods.
- Follow safety norms in storage and handling of materials.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
