Responsibilities

1) Manage Overseas and Domestic Order Book

2) Submission of BOM to Purchase/Stores

3) Coordinating, Standardising and reduction of waste in FG packaging

4) Track, Plan and Coordinate Dispatch of both Domestic and International Consignment

5) Develop, manage and negotiate with Transport, Customs House Agents for inward and outward logistics

6) Check and rectify Export Documentation including coordinate application for Shipping Bill(s), certificate of origin, Phyto Fumigation, etc and arrange for the dispatch of the material to the designated CFS for stuffing, fumigation and clearances through the CHA.

7) Maintain GST output Records

8) Maintain records of Advance Authorisation/Licenses with details of Import and Export Balance in each

9) Apply for new Advance Authorisation/Licenses and for EODC for the completed ones

(e) English language - Good written & comprehension

(f) Compute Knowledge (Word, Excel, ERP software)
