Service Delivery Executive

Any Graduate.
- Minimum 2 years experience in IT Hardware & Networking/Telecom industry in the areas of service delivery and, customer relationship management.
- Handling the Service Delivery operations for all projects, based all over India.
- Call Logs/register complaints on software.
- Resolve the complaints within the mentioned SLA clauses.
- Manage team of engineers PAN India.
- Able to manage Government/Defense customers.
- Client meetings and Manage Escalations
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
