Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular Voice & Accent (V&A) trainings for existing team members as well as new hires
- Develop Training Material and Training Plan for team members supporting US based Voice Process to improve their Voice & Accent skills (Including but not limited to - accent neutralization, clarity of speech, rate of speech, pronunciation, intonation, listening skills, grammar, fluency etc.)
- Develop and implement an approach to measure, track and improve Voice & Accent skills of team members
- Measure the effectiveness of training delivery through appropriate metrics
- Develop and implement V&A Skill Reporting Methodology for weekly/monthly/quarterly/ yearly reporting to executive leadership
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to conduct V&A Quality audits and provide feedback to the agents/associates
- Identify Training needs based on gaps identified during audits, feedback etc.
- Responsible for identifying best practices to solve V&A challenges. Provides guidance on industry leading standards for team’s V&A skill development and driving continuous improvement
Education/ Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of work experience as a Voice & Accent Trainer
- Proven track record of Developing and Implementing V&A Skill Improvement Methodology as well as conducting V&A Trainings
- Excellent verbal, written and V&A skills in English Language
- Robust MS Office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint skills to develop executive leadership reports
- Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and prioritize tasks/trainings/reporting as per dynamic business requirements
- Work from Office - 5 days in a week
- Willingness to work in evening and/or night shifts (IST) based on business needs
- Certification for Training Content Development by a recognized institute/organization (optional)
- Certification for Language / V&A skills/ Facilitation Skills by a recognized institute/organization (optional)
