**Job Description**:
Roles and Responsibilities
- 2 to 10 years’ experience in the Call center voice process training into US market.
- Conduct new hire trainings & short bursts of refresher training for the employees.
- Train the employees on Grammar, phonetics, accent.
- A good understanding and knowledge of the right accents.
- Knowledge about voice articulation and rate of speech (speed of talking) and should be able to resolve minor MTI issues if any.
- Effective training skills. The ability to teach and train other individuals.
- Self-confidence coupled with the ability to infuse confidence in others
- Involve in auditing calls of the agents of the account aligned, using the pre-defined grading sheet along with the QA specialist to improve the quality of delivery.
- Good understanding on any global language scales i.e. CEFR, IELTS, etc.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
