Liaksha Ventures Pvt Ltd is a leading firm in the real estate industry, dedicated to providing exceptional service and innovative solutions to our clients. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Backend Coordinator to support our operations and ensure smooth workflow within our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the management of property listings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information across all platforms.
- Support the coordination of open houses, client meetings, and property viewings.
- Maintain and organize databases, ensuring all records are accurate and accessible.
- Handle communications with clients, vendors, and internal teams, providing excellent customer service.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management and team meetings.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including social media updates and promotional materials.
- Track and manage deadlines for contracts, renewals, and other critical documents.
- Conduct market research to support decision-making and strategy development.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience in customer support or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of real estate regulations and practices is a plus.
