We are currently seeking a motivated Backend sales coordinator for **SAP and Cyber Security** to join our online training platform **COLORMINDS** based in Bangalore.
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or Technical Course Counsellor in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with high level of dedication

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively listen to students' needs, concerns, and aspirations, and provide them with accurate information about our online courses, learning pathways, and career prospects.
- Assist students in selecting the most suitable courses based on their interests, educational background, and career goals.
- Guide students through the enrollment process, helping them navigate our online platform and answering any technical or logístical queries they may have.

**Qualifications**:

- Any Graduate/ Post Graduation
- Previous experience in consulting, advising, or student support roles is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and create a supportive environment.
- Knowledge of academic planning, career development, and consulting techniques.
- Familiarity with online education platforms and virtual learning environments is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple student cases simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
